Contacting the user — Data processed: first name, last name, email address, phone number. Basis: to handle your request.

Dispute resolution — Data processed: first name, last name, home address. Basis: the Company's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in defending its legitimate rights or interests, or pursuing claims arising from the conclusion or performance of the contract, or exercising its right of defence.

Providing your personal data

You may refuse to provide certain Personal Data, but in that case you may not be able to benefit from certain services described in this Policy.

The legal basis for processing varies depending on the specific situation and the Personal Data processed. Where we process Data based on consent, we will ask for your free, informed, specific and unambiguous consent for that processing.
