Our health guarantee
Bringing home a Pomeranian is a big, joyful decision. We back every puppy with a written health guarantee and complete transparency — so you can welcome yours with total peace of mind.
What you get with every puppy
Written guarantee
A signed health contract covering serious congenital conditions, given to you before delivery.
Full vet examination
Each puppy is examined by a licensed vet and travels with a health certificate.
Vaccinated & microchipped
Age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming and a registered microchip, recorded in the EU pet passport.
Pedigree papers
Pedigree documentation for eligible litters, so you know exactly where your Pomeranian comes from.
What the guarantee covers
If a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious hereditary or congenital condition affecting your puppy's health, the guarantee applies. It covers:
- Life-threatening congenital defects present at the time of delivery.
- Hereditary organ conditions confirmed by a vet as congenital.
- Conditions documented within the guarantee period with full veterinary records.
What isn't covered
Like any responsible breeder, the guarantee doesn't extend to common, treatable or environmental issues:
- Minor or treatable conditions (e.g. patellar luxation, hernias, low blood sugar).
- Natural changes as your puppy grows — adult size, coat colour and texture.
- Parasites or illness arising from the new home environment after arrival.
- Issues reported outside the guarantee period or without veterinary records.
How a claim works
Should you ever need it, the process is simple and transparent:
- 1
Have your puppy examined by a licensed vet and keep all records.
- 2
Send us the veterinary documentation confirming a congenital cause.
- 3
We review together and resolve it per your signed health contract.
Honest, written, signed
Your health contract is sent to you electronically before delivery and must be signed for the guarantee to apply. We keep everything in writing — no vague promises, just a clear agreement between you and the breeder. (Exact terms and any vet-bill coverage are confirmed in your contract.)
Health guarantee FAQ
How long do Toy Pomeranians live?
With good care, Pomeranians are long-lived companions — typically 12–16 years. Ours come from health-screened, pedigree lines.
Will my puppy grow much bigger?
Your puppy will go through a normal growth phase. We give you a realistic adult-size estimate, though final size depends on the parents and care.
What can change as my puppy matures?
Coat colour and texture can shift slightly and adult weight settles over time. These natural changes aren't defects.
How do I activate the guarantee?
Sign and return the health contract you receive before delivery. It's active for the period stated in the contract.
